Easy Activity Reports

View instant activity that is updated within seconds of an event. The Activity screen gives you a time/date stamped log of the current activity at your fingertips.

Users & Groups

View, Browse, Search through the current users and groups withing your single site or accross your multiple sites. Quicky create new users or groups with a click of the mouse.

Access Cards

Administrators and Managers can quickly view a block of cards. From here you can assign, re-assign, or revoke cards quickly and easily. 

Facility Sites & Locations

Easily pull up individual facility sites and view their panels and doors. This page allows you easy access to each location for customization.

Individual Sites

After clicking on an individual site, you have full access to individual doors, view activity based on doors, and management to either add new doors or delete existing doors.

Video Integration

Brivo allows you to integrate video with your access control system. When viewing activity logs, simply click on the video icon to view the recorded activity associated with that event. If somebody was denied acces, find out who it was.

Scheduling

Create custom schedules for differnt groups of people. You may have AM or PM employees, Janitorial, 3rd Party Companies, etc. You can also stack schedule on users to allow more access. Instead of creating 8:00am to 5:00pm group, simply allow AM and PM access to a particular user and they have access all day!

Custom Notifications

This is where we Brivo really shines. Create custom notifications and recieve email alerts based on activity or events. If a door is left open, you'll get an email. If a non-enrolled card tries to access the building, you'll get an email. You can create any custom notification you like.

Reports

Brivo allows you to view reports, both standard and custom. Lets say you wanted to view activity on all AM employees, you can create a custom report that pulls all activity for a desired time frame and view only activity from the AM employees.

Accounts

Create as many administrators as you'd like. You can also limit access to particular administrators as needed.

Lockdown

Quickly and easily lockdown individual users or all users with the click of the mouse.
